Prior to approval a 30% Security deposit is required in addition to rental costs and a signed credit card form. The deposit is fully refundable as long as the home is left clean and undamaged. Any Required cleaning shall be deducted at a rate of $40.00 per hour. Negligent property damage can exceed security deposit and will be charged to the tennant's credit card for reembersement.
Arrival time is 2:00pm on day one. Departure time is 12:00am on last day. Delinquent departure will result in a charge of $50.00 per hour. The property is to be left broom clean, trash removed and deposited inside green trash bin, and all home systems shall be left as found condition.
Acknowledgment and payment of security deposit shall reserve home.
