Utility Shut-Off

 

Gas:
Meter and wrench located at right side-front of house, turn valve 90° to shut-off.

Electric:
Main service disconnect is located directly above gas meter on the right side-front of house. Flip main disconnect to off position.

Water:
Water shut-off valve is located beneath loose floor tile in entry closet. The wrench hangs on coat hook in closet. Lift loose tile, use wrench to turn valve counter clockwise to OFF position. Use forked wrench to open drain valve.

Sub-panels:
An electric sub-panel is located with main disconnect and contains circuit breakers for some electric circuits. Another electric sub-panel is located in the upstairs open area closet. A GFI circuit breaker for the master bathroom whirlpool tub is located behind the access door, outside at right-front of building.
